The construction site is located in Taivalkoski municipality. The contract (contract 4) includes the renovation of the water supply in stages, in stages 1 and 2. The implementation of the contract in the years during 2026 and 2027. The customer can choose either contract phase 1 or 2 to be completed in 2026. The contract phase that was not implemented in 2026 will be implemented in 2027. The work includes the renovation of the water supply with the materials, structures and with auxiliary functions and measurements in accordance with construction reports and drawings. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor and main executor of the site, which includes site services in addition to the site management duties included in the contract. The customer retains the right not to accept any offer and the right not to complete the contract. The customer has no obligation to compensate the bidders for the costs incurred in preparing the offer. The work is considered complete when all of the document list the work presented in the corresponding plan documents has been done and the object has been tested and is in commissioning condition and the final documents have been handed over.
