The subject of the contract is the comprehensive renovation of the Dolnozemska Student Dormitory building and the Dolnozemska student canteen, Bratislava, and the reduction of the energy requirements of both buildings. These are two buildings: SO01 - Renovation of the Student Dormitory Dolnozemska 1 and SO02 - Renovation of the Dol Student Canteennozemska 1. The reconstruction proposal includes the overall insulation of the perimeter structures, replacement of window openings in the student cafeteria, replacement of door openings in both buildings, replacement and additional insulation of the roof covering. In building SO01, the reconstruction of the interior of the student rooms will be carried outabout the home, health and technical distribution, electrical distribution and replacement of two elevators. The goal is to increase the energy efficiency of the building based on the reduction of heat consumption for heating, with the help of insulation of the subject constructions of the buildings - roof, perimeter walls, and replacement of hole fillings for kvalighter, which will achieve the required parameters of these constructions, meeting the current criteria for energy efficiency, defined by the relevant decree and Slovak technical standard.
