The tenderer works a proposal of registration, either: • either by removing the existing floor, the Adjust the bottom layer (probably the existing bottom layer is concrete without chape) and the installation of a new sports floor and lines on a new bottom layer; • either by retaining the existing floor and placing a new sports floor and lines above On the existing floor.
