Part No. 1 of the order - Renovation of part of the residential building No. 16 in the town of Dbowa ka:1) The scope of work includes the renovation of one premises No. 16/5 in the residential building No. 16, located on the registration plot No. 284/9 in the town of Dbowa ka:a) general construction part: (works demolition and dismantling, reconstruction works (window joinery, plasterboard partition walls, lintels, wall and ceiling cladding, internal floors, internal door joinery)); b) sanitary part (sewage installation, water supply installation, thermal insulation); c) ventilation;d) electrical part (internal electrical installation, WLZ power supply);e) equipment.2) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is specified in the technical documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and bill of quantities for the works constituting Annexes No. 10a to No. 12a to the SWZ and this SWZ. Due to the lump-sum nature of the order, the bill of quantities provided by the Ordering Party constitutes only auxiliary material.
