Tender Details

1. The order covers the renovation of sidewalks on county roads in 2026;2. The detailed scope of works is specified in Chapter III of this ToR in accordance with the Bid Cost Estimate, Annex No. 1. The works that are the subject of the order must be performed in accordance with Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Annex No. 2, Chapter III. The ordering party requires a guarantee and warranty for the works performed for a period ranging from 6 to 18 months;3. The contractor is responsible for proper security work area and is responsible for any damage caused to the Ordering Party and third parties. The contractor is obliged to tidy up the area after completing the works;4. The subject of the order is hereinafter referred to as the subject of the Specification of Order Terms orders;5. The implementation of the order is subject to Polish law, in particular the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code, the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, and the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law;6.
