5.1 Name of the order: Renovation of the side road from ul. Wsplna in Sukowice. 5.2 The subject of the order is the renovation of a side road from ul. Wspólna in Sukowice, at km 0+000 0+432 in accordance with the conditions specified in the SWZ, including in particular: 5.2.1 modernization of the road access road to agricultural land at km 0+102-0+432, within plot No. 2111/2 in Sukowice, 5.2.2 modernization of the road at km 0+000-0+102 and at km 0+102-0+432 outside plot No. 2111/2 in Sukowice, 5.2.3 carrying out other works and works necessary for correct execution subject of the contract. 5.3 The description of the subject of the order is included in the appendices to the SWZ, i.e.: Appendix No. 3 and 3.1 Design documentation, 3.2 Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, 3.3 Bill of quantities.
