Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of PGZ SW, we invite you to submit an offer in the procedure for the renovation of a service premises, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the procedure, and the arrangement of the premises for HR purposes, in accordance with with the conceptual interior design, constituting Annex No. 2 to the procedure. Annex No. 3 is a visualization of the PGZ logo and window veneer, the design of which will be developed and approved at the implementation stage. Location of the service premises: ul. Admiral Józefa Unruga 48b in Gdynia Deadline for completion of the subject of the proceedings: 3 (three) months from the date of conclusion of the contract Warranty for the subject of the proceedings: 36 months To submit an offer, participation in an on-site visit is required. The planned date of the site visit is April 17, 2026 time. 9:00 Please confirm your willingness to participate in the on-site visit via the purchasing platform.
