The site is located at Jussintie 5, 47400 KAUSALA. Works to be performed at the site: Renewing the seams of the bitumen roof 1. The bitumen roof is cleaned carefully clean the dirt 2. The seams of the bituminous roof, cracks in the roof and around the penetrations are coated with a bitumen-based coating or polyurea coating that is well suited for the purpose. Coating can be done by brushing or spraying. As a rule, products that require fire work are not used. Maintenance painting of the tin roof (about 500m2) 1. The tin roof is carefully cleaned of dirt. 2. Rust and weakly adhering old paint are mechanically removed. 3. Rust-cleaned and bare metal the surfaces are primed with paint that protects against corrosion. 4. The roof is painted all over with tin roof paint suitable for the purpose. The color of the paint should be as close as possible to the original gray. Tin roof rain gutter repair 1. Rain gutter is carefully cleaned of dirt.2. After cleaning, the surfaces are primed.2. The rainwater gutter will be coated with a polyurea coating (2mm) so that the gutter becomes watertight. The work must be completed by 30 September 2026 by.
