RENOVATION OF SANITARY ROOMS - SECTION 1 - MskiThe subject of the order is a comprehensive renovation of sanitary rooms located in the first vertical of the building of the Public Primary School No. 97. Polish Nobel Prize Winners at 1 Spiska Street in Warsaw. Works include the modernization of a bathroom adapted for people with disabilities on the ground floor and two men's bathrooms located on the first and second floors of the facility, respectively. The aim of the investment is to improve the functional layout, adjust the dimensions of the cabins and door openings to the current technical conditions, as well as replacing used fittings and linings with elements adapted to the needs of students, including younger children. As part of the demolition and preparatory works, the contractor is obliged to dismantle the selected ones brick walls, cutting off old ceramic floors and dismantling existing wall coverings from tiles along with removing adhesive and plaster residues. The documentation also provides for the removal of damaged steel door frames and ventilation grilles from the wall, as well as widening selected door openings.
