Tender Details

1. Demolition works include the following works: - disassembly of sanitary devices and utensils according to the bill of quantities in women's and men's bathrooms, a) - dismantling of linear drains (22 pcs.) and drain outlets made of 50 mm PVC pipes, b) - dismantling doors with frames (5 pcs. in the women's bathroom and 5 pcs. in the men's bathroom) c) - removing ceramic linings from walls and floors in selected rooms, d) - dismantling plasterboard walls in showers, e) - removing ceramic plinths from walls to make waterproof insulation, f) - removing adhesive and mortar residues to prepare the base for insulation, g) - dismantling parts ceiling for the needs of technological work on plasterboard installations and walls, h) - other works listed in the bill of quantities and necessary to achieve the intended renovation purpose.2.
