The work includes a firm phase and a conditional phase. CLOSED SECTION: The firm phase is carried out in two distinct and successive phases for the sanitary renovation work: *A phase A relating to the sanitary facilities of the ground floor; *A phase B relating to the sanitary facilities on the first and second floor. It also includes the replacement of window frames. This work consists in particular of: *The demolition of existing infrastructure, in particular partitions masonry and prefabricated, wall and floor coverings, doors, false ceilings as well as electrical and sanitary installations; *The construction of new masonry and sanitary partitions, as well as the installation of new coverings wall and floor and false ceilings; *The establishment of a new sanitary installation (wastewater evacuation network, water supply and sanitary equipment); *The creation of a new electrical installation, including in particular lighting and necessary connections; *The implementation of a new ventilation installation; *Replacement of window frames; *Painting work.
