S0garden is to undergo an extensive renovation.

The project is offered as total consulting and total contracting as Integrated Construction. Each team must consist of a general consultant and a general contractor. Each team composes itself. There will thus be no question of a "forced marriage".
Gladsaxe Almenuseful Boligselskab, dept. S0garden v/ DAB (hereinafter ("GAB/DAB")), the general consultant and the general contractor enter into a cooperation agreement. Simultaneously with the conclusion of the cooperation agreement, an agreement is entered into on the execution of the project as a turnkey contractor and a general consultant agreement on technical advice and assistance.

In the collaboration phase, GAB/DAB, the general consultant and the general contractor collaborate on the design and development of the project up to a complete project proposal. In the execution phase, the project transitions to design and execution as a turnkey contractor. GAB/DAB expects to hand over the total consultant agreement tothe general contractor, so the general consultant becomes a general consultant for the general contractor.
