Tender Details

The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the renovation of rooms intended for emergency shelter for people, including the implementation of waterproofing of the ceiling using a geomembrane. For this purpose It is planned to demolish the existing paving stone surface above the room, prepare the ground, lay the geomembrane and recreate the paving stone surface. The scope of the order also includes the replacement of the existing doors with new ones renovation of external stairs, including repair of damage and execution of finishing layers to ensure safe use. The place of implementation of the works is located in the building of the Municipal Office in Krynica-Zdrój at ul. Jzefa Ignacy Kraszewskiego 7, level basements. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide at least a 5-year warranty and warranty for defects for the entire scope of the order.
