Renovation of rooms and delivery of ventilation units in the Bacteriology building The subject of the order is: Renovation of rooms and delivery of ventilation units in the Bacteriology building The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ, Annex 4 to the SWZ, Annex 5 to the SWZ. 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: The contractor undertakes to complete the subject of the order in accordance with the description contained in the SWZ, contract and according to: a) Functional and operational program constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ; b) conditions resulting from applicable technical regulations and Construction Law; c) requirements resulting from applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions of Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and related regulations; d) principles of sound technical knowledge and established customs. When implementing the subject of the order, the Contractor will purchase all finishing materials necessary to complete the task in question on its own within the costs specified in this agreement. The materials used by the Contractor must be approved for use in construction within the meaning of the Act of July 7, 1994.
