Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment, furniture and room equipment to the SAV Smolenice Congress Center. The SAV Smolenice Congress Center plans to renovate the equipment and interior decoration of the rooms in 2024. Due to the fact that it is a historical building, protected as a monument, whose roomsare used by guests, the renovation will take place gradually in several stages, so that it does not disturb and limit the operation of KC SAV Smolenice as little as possible.
SAV Smolenice Congress Center, as an organizational component of the Joint Activities Center of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, has promised funding for the renovation of rooms inin the amount of EUR 348, 300.00 without VAT. These funds will be provided to him in installments until the end of 2024. In the first phase of the renovation, a delivery of approximately 1/5 of the total amount is being considered. For the above reason, a framework contract for the supply of zaria will be concluded with the successful bidderdays, the fulfillment of which will be carried out on the basis of orders, to the extent that funds are available.
The rooms will be furnished with rustic, stylish solid wood furniture as part of the renovation. A detailed description, specification, parameters and numbers are given in the Description of the subject of the order of these tendersdocuments, or their attachments.
