The work concerns server rooms, some premises adjacent technical facilities, part of the roofs covering these premises of building B26 and include: Renovation of the roofs above part of the premises affected by the work (copper roof and flat EPDM roof) including the equipment for permanent collective or individual protection; the creation of technical premises (TGBT and storage of argonite cylinders), including joinery including RF joinery and finishing touches (soft floor covering, ceiling, painting). the renovation of the electrical distribution relating to the B26 servers: The modification of the protections at B28, the pulling of cables between the B28 and the B26; replacement of TGBT at B26; UPS movement; new divisional boards at B26, new box at point (emergency group power supply), replacement of lighting in server rooms and the new TGBT room, fire detection, etc. modification of the automatic extinguishing installation including the storage of cylinders. The works of asbestos removal and HVAC will be carried out via framework agreements that the university has concluded with service providers.
