Tender Details

The roof covering on the roofs of three buildings at the Dunea location in Monster is largely weathered and damaged and therefore needs to be replaced. A preliminary investigation into the current roof covering showed that it contains asbestos. All three the buildings have a roof construction consisting of concrete HP shells. The tender is for the work relating to the renovation of the roofs of the "REP, LZF 5 and LZF 4" buildings, and the installation of new roof coverings including new roof hoods, whereby the ventilation seam must be closed. The lightning protection on the roofs also needs to be renewed.
