Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of the roof structure along with the replacement of the roof covering and the replacement of the lightning protection system of the Castle of the Knights of St. John in Skarszewy, in accordance with the design documentation and Technical Specifications Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) and issued administrative and conservation decisions, to the extent related to the subject of the order.2) The scope of works includes in particular: a) preparatory, security and scaffolding works, b) dismantling existing roof covering, flashings and gutters, c) assessment of the technical condition and repair, maintenance or replacement of damaged elements of the roof structure, sheathing, chimneys and dormers, d) implementation of waterproofing and new roof covering, e) execution of sheet metal flashings and new gutters, f) disassembly of the existing and construction of a new lightning protection installation along with the required measurements, g) accompanying, reconstruction and cleaning works necessary for the proper implementation of the task.3) Detailed parameters technical orders are specified in the OPZ, design documentation and STWiORB, which constitute annexes to the SWZ and are the basis for preparing the offer...
