Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the renovation of the roof in the Majdan forest settlement, which is located at: Majdan 1A, 23-310 Modliborzyce. 2. Scope of renovation works to be performed: - dismantling of the existing roof covering roof surface (ceramic tiles intended for re-installation and possible supplementation of missing elements), including the dismantling of battens and counters; - replacement of roof windows in compliance with the principles of warm installation, using the existing flashings sealing and performing the necessary sheet metal flashings; - removing the existing roof membrane, moisture-proof insulation and any contamination from the roof surface; - inspecting the roof truss structure and making the necessary repair, replacement or strengthening of its elements; - replacement of thermal insulation between the rafters; - impregnation of all wooden elements of the roof structure with a fungicidal and insecticidal preparation; - installation of a new layer of highly vapor permeable membrane roof, tightly extended and connected to the elements of roof windows and chimneys; - re-building of chimneys using a new...
