1. Renovation of the roof of the kitchen, laundry and exchanger building using jointless technology applied in liquid form for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skodowska-Curie - National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice.2. The subject of this article the order is the renovation of a roof made of felt felt with a total roof area and firewalls of 2388 m2 with the implementation of a coating roof covering using jointless technology applied in liquid form.3. The subject of this order also includes necessary works and services security, preparatory work, delivery and unloading of materials at the renovation works site and other works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract.4. The scope of the subject of the order includes the description included in the SWZ and the bill of quantities, which constitutes Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting Annex No. 2.2 to the SWZ, draft provisions of the contract that will be included in the content of the contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.5.
