Scope of works constituting the subject of the order includes mainly: 1) demolition of the existing roofing layer, i.e. demolition of the top layer of roofing felt and thermal insulation in the form of EPS polystyrene as well as gutters and downspouts; 2) installation of a wooden grid made of joists with dimensions 10x10 cm and 7x14 cm;3) execution of a thermal insulation layer in the form of mineral wool, thickness 25 cm with a coefficient of at least 0.035 W/mK;4) installing windproofing, attics and counters;5) covering the roofs with coated trapezoidal sheets T55;6) making flashings from coated sheets, 7) execution of flashings and chimney eyes made of coated sheet metal, installation of chimney covers and installation of ventilation grilles in chimneys, 8) installation of a roof hatch with a universal flange, 9) installation of roof gutters and downpipes; 10) installation of a soffit system, 11) installation of a lightning protection system, due to the nature of the facility and the degree of fire risk, a protection system was adopted...
