The subject of this order is the implementation of renovation and modernization works on the roof covering of the Building and Ceramic Glass Complex in Gliwice. The scope of this task is detailed in the annexes to the SWZ, in particular in the overview drawings, photographic documentation, STWiOR and Bill of Quantities, which should be treated jointly as the basis for the valuation of the comprehensive execution of the order. The material scope of the work included in the bill of quantities should be treated as indicative, the Contractor will include the entire work in the offer necessary for the proper execution of the order, in accordance with the design documentation, including works that were not specified in the bill of quantities but are necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with "construction practices" and applicable regulations.
