1. The subject of the order are works consisting in the renovation of municipal and social housing premises (vacant buildings) in buildings administered by the Ordering Party. Renovations of residential premises - vacancies, expected number: 15* residential premises.* actual the number of residential premises intended for renovation will depend on the scope of work and the RBG rate given in the offer.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the mode of task implementation and the rules for settling the works are specified in STWiOR (constituting Annex No. 10 to SWZ), which will apply to each Part of the order, this document constitutes an integral part of SWZ.2.1. After the completed renovation, the Contractor will be obliged to provide a certificate on the efficiency of the electrical installation on the TAURON form, necessary for concluding the contract by future tenant of the apartment.2.2. After the renovation is completed, the Contractor will be obliged to provide a certificate on the efficiency of the gas installation and chimney flues, necessary for the future tenant of the apartment to conclude an agreement with the gas supplier.3.
