Tender Details

The scope of work includes: demolition works, land development, building renovation. In the scope of renovation of the Leniczwka Dbrowa residential building: - insulation of the foundations, - construction of a band around the building along with the entrance stairs to the office and the residential part with concrete cubes, - execution of horizontal insulation, - replacement of the wooden foundation to the necessary extent, - construction of external wooden wall casings along with insulation with clapboard insulation from the outside of the building and plasterboards from the inside of the building, - construction of internal walls, - construction of lintels made of square timber in the wall structure, - reconstruction of ceilings above the ground floor and the attic, - construction of roof covering with Janosik-type metal shingles or equivalent galvanized shingles with polyurethane coating, thickness. sheet metal min. 0.5 mm, in the color agreed with the Investor, - installation of external and internal window and door joinery (color to be agreed with the Investor at the stage of construction works), - execution of external and internal window sills, - wall finishing external elevation boards, - casting of internal walls and ceilings with plaster - cardboard, - reconstruction of stairs to the attic...
