Paakaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy ("KLOY" or "Client's representative") organized a tender for the renovation project of the Junatie metro bridge on behalf of the Helsinki City Transport Liikelaitot ("HKL" or "Client"). The form of the contract is a cooperative project management contract, in which the first as a stage, a contract for the development phase is drawn up. As a significant developer, HKL and KLOY bear a great social responsibility for promoting high-quality and environmentally responsible construction projects, so the project wants to act as a pioneer in the areas of environmental responsibility. Subscriber has decided to implement the project as a cooperative project management contract, i.e. a PJU contract. Thus, a preliminary agreement is drawn up with the contractor for the duration of the project's development phase, during which the contractor participates in project planning, a unified view of the target cost price of the project is formed, and the Client the goal is to draw up an actual contract for the implementation of the project with the selected contractor. The procurement was carried out through a competitive negotiation procedure.
