Renovation of the premises of the central factory laboratory in the amount according to the list specified in Appendix No. 1 to the technical task. Acquaintance of the contractor with the works on site. The works are performed at height on the existing object. To perform the work, the Contractor provides: all mechanisms, materials, scaffolding, cradles, safety belts. If necessary, develops a project for the execution of works, technologies, etc. Additional requirements for the result of the completed works: cleaning construction debris to the specified place outside the building (building current). A necessary package of permit documentation - declarations, permits, certificates (according to the technical task). A commercial offer (the cost of the work) is provided with an indication of the indicators by which the calculation is carried out: average monthly salary salary for one employee for grade 3.8 for all types of work, (UAH); indicator for determining the size of the estimated profit based on one man-hour of the total estimated labor intensity, (UAH/man-hour); indicator for determining the size administrative costs based on one man-hour of the total estimated labor intensity, (UAH/man-hour); general production costs, depending on the applied regulatory framework, are calculated in accordance with KNU and VBN D.1.1-3.1-2001 with all changes and additions effective at the time of work with reimbursement in the II block of social insurance costs in the amount of 22%; the average monthly working time rate for 2026 is set at 173.33 man-hours. for the period of wartime; size compensation for temporary workers (if necessary). Payment is made within 30 days after the signing of the Acts of completed works (possible advance for the purchase of materials at the price and quality agreed with the customer).
