1. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment called Renovation of the pond in Lipiny. The scope of work to be performed is: cutting and clearing bushes and medium-density undergrowth, pumping water from the pond, mowing lichens. from the slopes and bottom of the pond along with removal, desilting of the bottom of the pond with spreading the obtained spoil in the vicinity of the reservoir on the remaining area of ​​the pond and transporting the remaining excess spoil to a place indicated by the Ordering Party at a distance of up to 6 km, profiling pond slopes with grass mixture sown. The detailed subject of the order (scope of construction works and qualitative and quantitative requirements) is described in the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ. NOTE! As part of the works described in item 7 of the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ and valued in item 7 of the offer cost estimate in the offer form, the following should be done: Profiling and possible supplementation of slopes with soil (suitable for embedding) obtained from earthworks or delivered with compaction.
