The subject of the order is: renovation of the existing playground consisting of replacement of some of the existing, worn-out equipment and renovation of the remaining ones.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ Design Documentation. Other conditions apply execution of the order were specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.3. All trademarks, names or origins indicated in the SWZ documentation should be understood as examples and considered together with the word or equivalent, provided that they guarantee obtaining technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the above-mentioned documents describing the subject of the order, i.e. in the design.
