This contract is a works contract. This contract includes the execution of the following works: Civil engineering works relating to the redevelopment of the Place de Deux-Rys and including more particularly: - The restoration of the square in right bank; - Reinforcement of courtyard banks using riprap and wall blocks; - The creation of a relaxation area on the left bank; The work described above is not exhaustive, the details of the work are included in the clauses techniques and the summary quantity survey annexed to the specifications. The work takes place in one phase and only includes one part. The work is not divided into batches. As part of this contract, the contracting authority intends to fight against social dumping and social fraud.
