Renovation of part B of HUS Naistenkinika, cooperative project management contract This notice is advance notice. This notice is not a procurement notice, a request for tenders, and the publication of the notice does not start a bidding process. Advance notification is intended gives the market advance information about the future acquisition. HUS Kiinteistöt Oy implements the renovation of part B of the Women's Clinic as a cooperative project management contract with a target budget. Part B is the last unrenovated part of the main building of the Women's Clinic. The building was commissioned in 1934 and is sr2-protected. The renovation covers part B from the tunnel floor to the roof (total area approx. 8, 661 brm2), corrects indoor air problems and renews the facilities to meet the requirements of specialized medical care. In addition, it is being built a gateway between the C and L sections, a new elevator, and the water ceiling will be raised to make room for the ventilation machine room. The planning of the overhaul is underway. The project will be implemented in an operating hospital environment, where the continuity of operations must be taken into account, patient and personal safety as well as high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The service provider has the duties of a project management contractor in the development and implementation phase.
