The subject of the order is the renovation of the park at the Manor Complex in Sodków in the design and build formula in the scope of: 1) Preparation of design documentation (including obtaining all decisions and permits required by law); 2) Works demolition - small architecture, pavement elements, and electrical installations;3) Construction of mineral surfaces on aggregate and sand base;4) Planting Bushes 80 cm high, minimum 5 fronts - K.MIX.1 - 1420 pcs. Bushes 60 cm high, minimum 5 fronts - K.MIX.2 1116 pcs. Bushes 40 cm high, minimum 5 pcs. - K.MIX.3 1380 pcs. 5) Area lighting; 6) Construction of a fence; Note: The park is located on the premises of the Sodków Manor Complex, entered into the register of monuments under the number A-97/325 by decision of the Provincial Conservator Monuments in Poznań of October 21, 1968. For each plant species, one information board about a given plant should be made. The order covers ongoing maintenance of the plantings for a period of 24 months
