Located at the corner of Eerikinkatu and Aninkaistenkatu The office building of the Turku and Kaarina parish association is a three-part building complex built in 1955 - 1957 as a residential apartment building and central office for the parishes, designed by architect Erik Lindroos. The office building must be renovated because the building is technically at the end of its useful life, and there have been abnormal observations of the building's indoor air. The courtyard wing of the building, founded on wooden piles, requires re-piling, and the accessibility of the building does not meet today's requirements. Identified wide due to the need for renovation, it has been decided to implement space changes at the same time, which will improve the functionality and equipment of the premises.
