The business includes both a professional cultural business with guest performances from the areas of drama, musical theater and concerts as well as an intensive rental and conference business. This dual use is characteristic the requirements for infrastructure, processes and organization are essential. The existing structural structure of the house dates back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Despite selective renovations - particularly in 2005 - the building is now ailing in several areas to operational, functional and technical limits. There is a need for renovation and adaptation, particularly in the areas of the building envelope, the technical systems and individual ancillary and operational areas. The task includes the Complete renovation and renewal of the existing Olten City Theater. We are looking for a general planning team that combines the structural, operational, functional, technical and design requirements of the house in a coherent overall concept merges.
