Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Renovation of the Old Semi Permanent Building of Faculty of Indigenous Medicine into a Three Storied Building at the Premises of Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, Rajagiriya - Stage - 2

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested
bidders from Supplies Officer, National Engineering Research & Development Centre,
Industrial Estate, Ekala, Ja-ela from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. during the period from
12.02.2024 to 22.02.2024 (except on Saturdays, Sundays, Pubic holidays and Mercantile
holidays) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 3, 500/-. The method of payment
will be by cash to the Finance Division, NERD Centre of Sri Lanka, Industrial Estate,
Ekala, Ja-ela.
Sealed Bids shall be deposited in the Tender Box at Finance Division, NERD Centre of Sri
Lanka, Industrial Estate, Ekala, Ja-ela or sent by registered post addressed to Chairman,
Departmental Procurement Committee, NERD Centre of Sri Lanka, Industrial Estate,
Ekala, Ja-ela to reach at or before 2.00 p.m. on 29.02.2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids
will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose
to attend.
All bids shall be valid for 77 Days from the date of closing of Bids.
All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 336, 000/- obtained from a commercial
bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka which shall be valid for 105 Days from the
date of closing of bids.
