PART I OF THE CONTRACT Renovation of municipal road no. 116322L in the town of Drewniki on sections from km 0+010.50 to km 0+141.00 (plot no. 35) and from km 0+002.20 to km 0+84.00 (plot no. 52). The subject of the order includes the performance of works within this part of the order and granting a guarantee and warranty for the works performed. The subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Specification of Order Conditions, the Project Documentation constitutes Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works - Annex No. 8A to SWZ using the bill of quantities (constituting only auxiliary material for the valuation of the subject of the order), Annex No. 9A to SWZ, in accordance with the certificate of no objection to the intention to perform construction works issued by the Starost of Zamojski, reference number: B. 6743.1.508.2026 of May 28, 2026.
