1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting of: renovation of a municipal road with concrete blocks (plot no. 275/1, plot no. 303/1, Stary Otok district, Oawa commune).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: design documentation [documents specifying type and scope of work, plans, drawings, other documents, bill of quantities and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting annexes to this SWZ.3. An integral part of the description of the subject of the order is the draft provisions of the contract (template), which are annexes to this SWZ and the offer form.4. On-site visit: 1) The Ordering Party enables the Contractors to make a local visit of the investment (location: Stary Otok, plot no. 275/1, plot no. 303/1). The visit is optional.2) There will be a local visit possible within the time agreed with the Ordering Party (Mr. Arkadiusz Grzesik).
