The subject of the order is: development of complete project documentation (design) along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions and required approvals, as well as renovation of the municipal road no. 102970 O ul. Wystrzycka in the town Gwczyce (Stage I, 400 m long and road width from 3.0 m to 4.00 m) based on the prepared documentation. The scope of construction works includes Stage I of the renovation of municipal road no. 102970, a section of 400 m long by: a) measuring works (400 m), b) milling old (existing) road surface made of asphalt concrete, 4 cm thick and approx. 3.25 m (1, 211.15 m2) wide, c) execution of demolition and earthworks, d) construction of a surface made of mineral-bituminous chipping mixtures with a thickness of 2 cm after compaction - layer asphalt concrete (1, 211.15 m2), e) construction of a surface made of mineral-bituminous chipping mixtures, thickness: 4 cm after compaction - asphalt wearing course (1, 211.15 m2), f) renovation of existing exits by adjusting their height to the new surface, g) construction of a hardened roadside with a thickness of 10 cm after compaction, with a width of 0.10 m to 0.50 m from reclaimed asphalt obtained from the demolition of...
