Prerequisites: Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting bids: 1. An offeror who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: 1. The offeror will attach to his offer all the affidavits and approvals required by the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 535 - 1976 and including this, an affidavit according to the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998 - 1998 and in contracts with a value exceeding NIS 400, 000, an affidavit according to the Law on Foreign Workers, 1991 - 1991 Minimum Wage Law, 1987 - 1987.b. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required according to Dean. 2. Registration according to the Law on the Registration of Contractors for Construction Engineering Works 5779 - 1969 in classification 100 C - depending on the amount of the offer and/or in classification 131 A - depending on the amount of the offer. 3. The experience requirement: the offeror must prove experience in carrying out one renovation project in the field of civil engineering in the scope of at least 1, 500, 000 NIS (without VAT) (adjusted to the well-known construction input index, the base index will be considered the day the contract was concluded), which was carried out during the last 5 years preceding the deadline for submitting bids. Note: In order to prove compliance with this threshold condition, the bidder must present copies of contracts/orders and/or ordering confirmations and/or bills of quantities and/or Invoices and/or a final account and/or any other document from which it can be understood that the work was actually performed and what its scope was.
