RENOVATION/ MODIFICATION / CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT RHU II
1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos (₱ 992, 293.00 ), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the RENOVATION/ MODIFICATION / CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT RHU II (RRHUII 03-10-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for RENOVATION/ MODIFICATION / CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT RHU II (RHU1I 03-10-2026). The provision of services is required for a total period of Thirty 30 working days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
