The contract applies to the construction and building technology work included in the renovation of the Ämmässuo Sortti station, which are carried out to the extent presented in the plan documents. The contract includes replacement of an office building ventilation unit, renewing cooling equipment, renewing water fixtures, renewing lighting and painting wall surfaces. Two small glass ceilings will be demolished from outside the building and a new canopy will be built. In the outdoor area, a refueling site will be built, including an oil separation system. In addition, the contract includes all tasks to the extent indicated by the plan documents.
