The subject of this assignment - renovations to be carried out immediately: the existing system for the automatic control of temperature and energy consumption in the apartments must be taken out of service and then to be replaced by a new system. The unnecessary installation parts, including superfluous electric cabling and other accessories, must be removed. The existing communication cabling between the apartments and the data logger must be preserved. This work includes removing, delivering and installing new energy, water meters and room thermostats and loggers, a new monitoring platform for collecting the consumption data of the new and existing energy, water meters and setting up a new communication between the buildings and the datas server of the contractor Zero Friction for the processing of the delivered system.
