Renovation of Langächerstrasse and new construction of factory lines Road construction: Langächerstrasse is in poor structural condition and requires comprehensive maintenance as part of the ongoing implementation of value preservation measures on the municipal roads Renovation. The renovation includes a complete replacement of the asphalt surface in the roadway and sidewalk (excluding foundation), the replacement of the edge finishes and the new construction of the street drainage system. The location of the street remains largely unchanged, The transverse and longitudinal gradients are adjusted where necessary and locally optimized. The adjustments to the private driveways are planned over a short distance. The existing lighting is also outdated and is replaced by contemporary LED lights replaced. Drinking water: Replacement of the main drinking water pipe and house connections in the project perimeter. - Main line FZM DN 125/150 mm, L = approx. 460 m1 - House connections PE 50/63 mm, L = approx. 105 m1 Sewerage: Preparation for separating rainwater from the Mixed wastewater. - Meteor wastewater pipe (HPP DN 315 mm, L = approx. 5.0 m1) and 3 inspection shafts.
