Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Zakład Produkcji Publicznej "GAMRAT" Sp. z o. o. We invite you to submit an offer in the purchasing procedure. Attached we provide the necessary documentation and attachments in an editable form. The offer should be placed on the Platform purchasing as attachments to the procedure and complete the information in a dedicated form. A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR SUBMITTING AN OFFER IS TO CONDUCT A LOCAL VISITION. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to submitting order and conclusion of the Agreement. Stages of the Procedure: I Stage: "Submission of offers" - A necessary condition is to submit an offer together with the required documents according to the templates attached to the invitation to submit offers (The file is located in the "Appendices" tab). Additionally, it is required to enter the offer via a dedicated form on the purchasing platform. Stage II: "Negotiations" - After the initial analysis of the submitted offers, the Company will conduct negotiations with the selected Bidders. The selection of the winner via the platform is not tantamount to placing an order. Bidders have no right to claim if their offer is not selected. The ordering party reserves the right to freely reject the offer without giving a reason. The ordering party reserves the right to invalidate tender at any time without giving a reason.
