The city of Riihimäki (hereinafter referred to as the "customer" or the "procurement unit") requests your offer for the realization of a pedestrian and bicycle lane separated from the roadway to be built on Kulmalan Puistokatu in the city of Riihimäki in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments according to the documents. The contract will also renovate the street drainage, by building a new storm water drain and removing the current storm water connections from the waste water drain. The scope of the work is shown in the contract program and other contract documents and -plans. The contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The main contractor is responsible for, among other things, coordination of work and schedule responsibility. The construction work is planned to start in June 2026 and the work must olla valmiit ja luovutettu viimeistään 21.08.2026 mennessä. The interim goals are presented in the contract program. The procurement procedure is an open procedure and one (1) contractor will be selected based on the tender. the lowest price is used as the basis.
