Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the refurbishment of the KASIA floating unit in order to carry out the PRS intermediate survey. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in Annex 1A to the SWZ - Price offer - renovation specification.2. In the proceedings in question, the ordering party envisages employing persons referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law in the scope of works covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing installation, electrical and painting works. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcing the employment requirement under the employment contract are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the employment of persons referred to in Art. in the proceedings in question. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
