Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barobo intends to apply the sum Fifty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Four Pesos and 56/100 Only (Php 59, 394.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Renovation of Kalasag Center as per approved plans under contract F-2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barobo now invites contractor for the Renovation of Kalasag Center as per approved plans Completion of the Works is required within in Twenty-four (24) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of Submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Contractors must Post warranty after acceptance of the Project.
