Tender Details

The object of the project is the renovation of the Isoniitu school facilities, which will be implemented in several stages. In this first phase of the project, the contract mainly includes sealing the subfloor of the 1st floor. The area to be sealed is about 1500 m2, most of which is on the upper side sealing to be done and 200 m2 of sealing work to be done below the kitchen. There is approximately 250 cubic meters of sub-base to be sealed. The contract also includes sealing the building's doors and windows. Sealing work is carried out on site without removing the doors or windows. The contract also includes the repair of the facade, where soaked thermal insulation, wooden structures and facade material are replaced. The area to be repaired is about 130 m2.
