The scope of works includes: measurement works, demolition works, earthworks, surface works, finishing works, vertical markings, as-built inventory. The detailed scope of works is specified in the bill of quantities and the Design Documentation. In the event of any materials describing the subject matter of the procurement, trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, shall be understood to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". The ordering party allows equivalent materials and/or solutions provided that the technical, quality and operational parameters are not worse than those indicated in the documentation and do not lead to a change in technology. The names indicated in the documentation should be treated as such as an example. When describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. The ordering party cannot reject the offer just because the offered construction works, supplies or services do not comply with standards, technical assessments, technical specifications...
