1. The subject of this order is: Renovation of the Internal Department, Stage II, in the ZOZ in Oawa, ul. Baczyskiego 12. The order covers 1 task: Subject of the order: Renovation of the Internal Department, Stage II3. The contractor's tasks include preparing documentation design, and then, based on it, will perform construction works consisting in the renovation of the rooms on the second floor in building A (west side) of the Health Care Complex in Oawa for the Internal Department. The detailed scope of the Subject of the Order is described in the Program Functional Utility (FFU), Architectural Concept and SWZ with annexes. The contractor will perform the works covered by the subject of the order from its own materials. The Contractor's remuneration includes the materials used to complete the Subject of the contract. The Contractor will obtain all necessary permits, permits, administrative decisions, etc. related to the performance of the Subject of the Agreement (*if applicable); 4. The material scope of the order is given in the Functional and Utility Program, Appendix No. 2 to SWZ SWZ and annexes5.
