1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the interior of the space called warm-up at the Atlas Arena in Łódź al. Wadysawa Bandurskiego 7, in the construction system based on the available design documentation constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The task is to purpose: Creation of a new interior arrangement of the space called Warm-up, which includes rooms intended for athletes and artists performing in events organized in the Atlas Arena building in Łódź.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) implementation, based on the prepared design documentation, of construction and assembly works; 2) performance of design work in the preparation of workshop and technological designs necessary for the implementation of the investment and the preparation of replacement drawings in relation to the documentation provided by the Ordering Party, including: changes to the route of the footbridge in one of the sections and in the event that the Contractor applies for the introduction of alternative solutions;3) coordination of its work with the work of other contractors on the premises of Atlas Arena, 4) carrying out the necessary demolition works specified in the SOPZ, 5) carrying out all necessary works upon completion of the works and...
